The Company
A small, quiet studio.
RootWild began as a forest-bathing practice in a local wood, on a Tuesday morning, in the company of a small notebook and a small dog. The walk that mattered was the walking itself — the slow exhale, the listening, the small act of kindness before the morning ended — and the rest of the company has grown around that single small practice ever since.
It is a small studio — one founder, a handful of collaborators — offering half-days outside, longer retreats, and a daily kindness prompt by email. The work is unhurried and embodied, and offered in person whenever the calendar and the weather allow.
The page that names what sits underneath all of it is the /kindness practice.
